The Solstice marks a powerful turning point in the year — a moment where the light shifts and we’re invited to pause before stepping into what comes next.
For some, this Solstice brings the height of the light. For others, it marks the depth and reflection of Winter Solstice. Wherever you are in the world, this is a chance to reconnect with yourself, reflect on where you are now, and consciously choose what you want to welcome into the next season of your life.

This 90-minute online workshop combines reflection, teaching, guided meditation, and journaling prompts to help you reconnect with clarity, lightness, and what feels most meaningful moving forward.

If you can’t join live, the full recording will be available afterwards so you can experience the workshop in your own time.
